Product Detail Pages (PDPs) were cluttered and inconsistent, especially on mobile, making it hard for customers to quickly find key info like price, reviews, and size options.
Important details were buried below the fold, causing frustration and reducing confidence, which led to higher bounce rates and missed conversions. Unnecessary components added complexity.

Purpose of the User Test:
The aim of this user test is to gain insights into how participants interact with and prioritise the
components of the Product Listing Page (PLP) on an e-commerce site. By allowing participants to build
and arrange the PLP components according to their preferences, we seek to:Identify and Look for Priorities: Understand what components of the PLP content compete for
participants' attention and which ones they prioritise.Navigate Noisy Content: With numerous elements vying for attention, we aim to see how
participants navigate through the "noisy" landscape of the PLP.Provide User Freedom: Empower participants to make decisions within the constraints of the PLP
layout, enabling them to create an arrangement that aligns with their shopping experience and
preferences.Determine Preferred Order: Explore if participants have a preferred order or layout that
enhances their browsing and decision-making process on the e-commerce site.Challenge Assumptions: Remind participants that what they see in the shopping experience may
not always be the most intuitive or effective, prompting them to critically evaluate and suggest
improvements.
Ultimately, this user test allows us to gather user-centered insights that can inform the design and
optimisation of the PLP, ensuring a more user-friendly and efficient shopping experience for our
customers.

Purpose of the User Test:
The aim of this user test is to gain insights into how participants interact with and prioritise the
components of the Product Listing Page (PLP) on an e-commerce site. By allowing participants to build
and arrange the PLP components according to their preferences, we seek to:Identify and Look for Priorities: Understand what components of the PLP content compete for
participants' attention and which ones they prioritise.Navigate Noisy Content: With numerous elements vying for attention, we aim to see how
participants navigate through the "noisy" landscape of the PLP.Provide User Freedom: Empower participants to make decisions within the constraints of the PLP
layout, enabling them to create an arrangement that aligns with their shopping experience and
preferences.Determine Preferred Order: Explore if participants have a preferred order or layout that
enhances their browsing and decision-making process on the e-commerce site.Challenge Assumptions: Remind participants that what they see in the shopping experience may
not always be the most intuitive or effective, prompting them to critically evaluate and suggest
improvements.
Ultimately, this user test allows us to gather user-centered insights that can inform the design and
optimisation of the PLP, ensuring a more user-friendly and efficient shopping experience for our
customers.

There was no masterpieces, which was not encourage or the purpose for this test.
Highlight with this test that encouraged the participants to stop, think, choose and articulate about the feature, they have chosen
